When a meteor crashes to earth blessing Donald, Freya, Alice, John, and Dexter with superpowers they quickly learn that they weren't the only ones. A mysterious man with a thirst for blood the media nicknames "Raze" takes to the streets and begins to violently take over the local gangs, a handful of dead gang bangers at a time. Feeling a sense of responsibility, Donald and his friends take to the streets to hunt down Raze. But with the under maned and underequipped police stopping them at every turn and Raze becoming increasingly disconnected from reality, can they stop the insane superhuman from destroying the city? Or will their actions only make matters worse? This story was written for the 2022 writathon and I am unhappy with its current quality. I am trying to find the motivation to make corrections and continue the story but the challenges of college are making this difficult. I haven't dropped it and I will finish it eventually.
