A new continent has been discovered beyond the well-travelled shipping lanes of Eclesia. New lands, promising riches and adventure beckon to travellers of all types. Yalen, an ex-officer turned adventurer, has taken on a position as group leader in an expedition for the first Guild-sponsored wave of frontier explorers. Through his earlier life and previous jobs, he earned the needed experience and skills for the job, and along the way unofficially adopted a half-beast daughter.At the promise of new land to live on once the frontier is tamed, they have decided to go into the unknown continent together with their strangely rounded party. A towering giant of a man; swinging an almost man-sized sword. A tiny kobold alchemist; curious about everything and wanting to learn their secrets. A shapeshifting nine-tailed fox with necromantic abilities and a few screws loose, and a self-absorbed fire mage who considers himself god's gift to humanity. Follow the party as they explore the new frontier, and happen upon an ancient and powerful crystalline artefact of otherworldly power.
