Synopsis
"The Shadow of the Crimson Queen" is a horror novel that follows the journey of Avram Albescu, the last surviving son of a poor Romanian boyar family crushed under the dominion of Dracula, the dark lord of their cursed lands. When his family is tragically destroyed, Avram is rescued by a clandestine holy order. Taken in by this ancient society, Avram is trained in the combat arts of and magic, preparing him to face the evil that plagues his homeland.
Avram's transformation into the legendary Abraham Van Helsing begins with his ultimate triumph over Dracula and his minions—a battle that is only the beginning of his lifelong crusade. With Dracula defeated, Abraham uncovers a far greater and more insidious threat: the Crimson Queen, a cunning and beautiful vampire who wields her influence not through brute strength, but through manipulation and control of governments and societies.
Unlike Dracula, the Crimson Queen operates from the shadows, orchestrating chaos and spreading corruption across the globe. Abraham’s relentless pursuit of this elusive foe takes him across continents. From the haunted castles of Europe to the foggy streets of Victorian England, and ultimately to the burgeoning cities of America. With each step, he uncovers hidden truths, pieces together the Crimson Queen’s sinister plans, and battles the evil she leaves in her wake.
This dark and epic tale blends rich world-building, historical intrigue, and the timeless battle between good and evil as Abraham Van Helsing races to stop the Crimson Queen before her shadow consumes the world.
