What does a Lich from the magical world, Veru, Dracula, and Victor Gale from Nashville have in common? They all share the same soul. Victor finds this out when the soul-bound companion of the Lich tracks him down after reincarnating and tries to awaken his latent power. Unfortunately, this has the side effect of ending the world as he knows it. On a new world with monsters and magic, Victor must navigate his new powers if he has any chance of preventing the extinction of his fellow Earthlings. All the while, an evil of the like neither world has seen before plots in the dark. Note from the author: Whelp, whilst I'm figuring out how to start the second volume, it's time to run through volume 1 and refurbish it and tie up loose ends.
