Synopsis
A thousand years after World War III, humanity begins picking up the pieces of its broken society. It has been decided that the sins of the Old World must be shunned to preserve the peace. No more unfettered capitalism. No more weapons of mass destruction.
The New World is a time of development, with new world religions and systems of trade. As religious factions and political alliances maintain an uneasy peace, one of the Old World weapons falls into the hands of several unknowing priests in Sub-Saharan Africa. And as Africa's northern cities begin to amass wealth and seek to expand human knowledge, one middle eastern dictator decides to expand her empire by all means necessary.
Einstein once said, "I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones." This is the story of World War IV.
