A man is killed in his previous life by those who he worked for. Upon being reincarnated in a world where swords and magic are said to be more commonplace, 3 years earlier than intended, the man, now reborn as a child named Bran, vows to be a Magus, a high-ranking magician in order to live a free life that he never had in his previous life. But with him having a gift known as the Magic Eyes, it makes things a lot more difficult when those who the people worship and devote their whole lives for and those who have mysterious motives that desire him to assist them in reviving something powerful that once terrorized the world long ago. Not wishing to be used again, he decides to recruit those who would not only protect him but be able to make whatever desires he does have to become a reality.
