The year is 2055. It’s been 30 years since the world began filling with supernatural and mystic powers. Monsters occasionally emerge from the anomalies and wreak havoc upon the world. Due to this, powerful beings and martial forces that have long stayed hidden have come into the light of the world. These forces have become international centers of power and are tasked with dealing with the monsters.  The clashes between humanity and monsters eventually awaken Jin Taeho, who is sleeping in stasis in an isolated dimensional pocket. Annoyed by his awakening, Jin comes out of his realm, finding himself in a modern world. While trying to navigate the 21nd century, he encounters a young man, Artie, who is on the brink of death. Jin, seemingly a bystander, takes interest in Artie and takes him under his wing, teaching him martial arts. However, when a mysterious organization, Calamity, tries to wake things that should remain asleep, Jin has no choice but to show his hand. Together, Jin and Artie become a duo of teacher and student and fight the oncoming calamity.
