This is my entry for the June 2023 community magazine competition, prompt "Mirrors don't eat people"  There are only 2 kinds of women Charles Knight is interested in meeting:  naive targets and potential wallets. It turns out his latest mark is neither.  When he wakes after a triumphant night out, he find himself in an unexpected predicament.  Will he ever look himself in the mirror and see the same man again?
