Synopsis

PROLOGUE I never imagined that the world I created, a world born from my pen and imagination, would become my prison. A world where my characters would breathe, live, and fight, governed by rules I painstakingly crafted—rules that now seemed meaningless as they twisted around me like chains. It all began with a single moment of escape. Exhausted from endless nights spent in front of a screen, writing stories no one read and developing games no one played, I found solace in my creation. It was supposed to be a refuge, a place where I could control everything. The perfect world, with heroes, kingdoms, and dark forces at war—where I could be the mastermind behind it all. But that world had other plans. I woke up one day to a reality that I didn’t recognize, a reality where the boundaries of fiction and reality blurred. The world I had written—a kingdom ruled by power-hungry monarchs, plagued by ancient curses and hidden conspiracies—had become my reality. And yet, something was wrong. I wasn’t the protagonist. I wasn’t even a side character. I was just a baby, helpless and confused, held in the arms of a woman I didn’t know. Her name was Gizelotte Orekeus, the queen of the kingdom I once controlled on paper. She looked down at me with a mixture of awe and calculation, and for the first time in my life, I felt like a pawn in someone else’s game. The king, Leonid III, stood beside her, coldly observing. They were supposed to be my creations, but they were not the same as the characters I had known. They had evolved, taking on lives of their own, much like the world around me. And in this new world, I was a stranger—an infant with no voice, no power, and no answers. I had created this world, and now I was trapped within it. But I wasn’t going to remain powerless forever. I didn’t know how or why, but as the queen and king plotted against me, intending to discard me as if I were nothing more than a mistake, something awakened inside of me. It wasn’t just the will to survive; it was a deep, primal instinct, a flicker of my true potential. Even as my kingdom turned against me, even as the magic and chaos of this world surrounded me, I knew one thing for sure: I would carve my own path. I would not be a victim of my creation. I would become its ruler. This was no longer just a game or a story. This was my life. And from the shadows, I would rise. The darkness would be mine to command.
