In the kingdom of Kalmaran, an ancient prophecy predicted of rising dark forces from the depths of shadow to threaten the realm. When King Kalmaran found a prophecied crystal, he gathered up his companions—Valen, the warrior, and Velora, the wise enchantress—and they set out on a dangerous odyssey. In bearding these mountains, he must, with the help of his loyal companions, Valen and Velora, conquer their own fears to unveil the past. The crystal whisperings and veiled warnings from a figure bedecked in a cloak point Dirk in all directions: dark forests, mythical creatures, and possibly centuries of hidden, suppressed cross-power. The clash between sun and shadow becomes ever-fuzzy; all of a sudden, Kalmaran realizes that both not only the dexterity of corruption shall fall before the forces of the kingdom, but the very senses of honor and sacrifice are what constitute the destiny of the kingdom.
