Now, captured in one of the world's most unforgiving cities, he must figure out a way to escape the noose and avoid his unfortunate fate. Luckily, he's not alone. Holsley — a bumbling bard from his childhood, has dropped everything to come to his rescue and won't stop until Roland is safe. Escape isn't easy, however. The pair will need to navigate the various dangers of the scaffold-filled city, including avoiding the guards, tangling with the local thieves' guild, and going up against the dreaded Hangman of Tressa — a supernatural executioner who will stop at nothing to have Roland's head.  Can they do it?
