An old man receives a small package from someone he never met. Inside is a phone, a note, a 50 and a pin. "Please forward this to the following address. Keep the change. I am probly dead because of what I saw so dont open the phone." He gave it to the police instead. Tragically and completely unrelated, there was a fire at the police station that night. There were no survivors. An old man had a heart attack. And an investigative reporter blew a tire and drove off a cliff.  What's on the phone and where is it now.
