A short fable about a Phoenix and a Songbird who fall in love and find each other across different lifetimes until the end of Time. It also embodies the central theme and narrative for an actual book series I plan to write... someday (or die trying). Inspired by the myth of Orpheus, the tale of Beren and Luthien by Tolkien, and No Promises to Keep from FFVII: Rebirth.
