Complete with grottos and plazas, the emperor of the city likes to think that he knows everything that's happening in every nook and cranny of his for-humans-only estate. Doubtful, with all the lizards, ghosts, and gnomes slipping through the dark and even a time traveler. The city of Pren doesn't seem so devoid of nonhumans after all.
