What is the next step for humanity? The next revolution? He was only trying to make a conceptual demonstration for a discussion on AI ethics; it wasn’t even supposed to work. In one fell swoop, he loses his body, his humanity, and discovers what scientists and philosophers have sought for centuries: the very essence of a being, the consciousness, the soul.
