While Cedric watched as the humans heed his warning and prepared themselves to prepare for the sudden population growth, he switched his attention to the dwarves.
Different from the humans who discussed their plan to the tee, the dwarves are much more casual.
They have long since found a few suitable mountains that contained a considerable amount of ores. Although not as rich in minerals as the magic mountain they currently reside in, those mountains also contain a lot of easy to access mineral veins.
When the current chief of the dwarven race explained their situation and the danger of the sudden population increase, some dwarves readily agreed. From his memories, Cedric recalled that the System has especially created a lot of these cattle lookalikes near the settlements of all races. Which is the main reason the humans and dwarves have domesticated the same species of livestock.
As for the other two [Species Fertility Blessing], one of them will be used on a wheat like plant and the other one on a spinach like plant. Both plants are also plants that’ve been planted by both races.

Taking a deep breath, he asked, “What is Negative Energy?”

[Normally, once a living creature dies, their energy will change into GP and NE depending on their experience in life. The positive and neutral experiences will turn into God Points while the negative experiences will turn into Negative Energy.]

Cedric read through the long explanation before his eyes widened at the bone chilling warm reminder. “Wait! Wait! You mean I’ll die if this Negative Energy thingy killed or infected most creatures in my world? Didn’t you say I am now immortal?”

Rubbing his forehead, he asked once more. “Then, what should I do to remove the Negative Energy?”

He shook his head to discard those useless thoughts and begin to rack his brain once more. But, while he tried to plan how to annihilate the demon king and NE infected creatures, he accidentally deduced the culprit of this whole mess instead.
River Stone City being the source of Negative Energy and the fact that Negative Energy is generated by negative experience of dead people is a dead giveaway for the culprit’s identity.
Due to the anger from that realization, Cedric can’t help but scream the name of the two main culprits. “Lacius! Gratian! You little piece of shiet!!!!!”
He seriously regretted showing that illusion to Gratian. Especially the bullshit illusory palace he created that is the root cause of humanity’s war.
He is one hundred percent sure that war is the cause of this whole Negative Energy mess.
If he got the ability to go back to the past, he wished to slap the Cedric from that time until he got traumatized by palaces. That one moment of stupidity has resulted in such a massive trouble that even endangered his life!
