In Central Earth, a dragon appears every century, bestowing supernatural abilities to a few of the children born around the Year of Emergence. It's been 7 centuries now, and the people are suffering under the reign of terror of Dragonlord, a maniac who tamed the first and all the other dragons that followed. Glozontina Hakiz is an orphan living in this manic's newly conquered kingdom, and he has no hope of ever avenging the death of his parents because he wasn't lucky enough to be among the few who gained inhuman abilities.
