Hell-troopers from the Jeweled Cities ram their iron galleon into a small merchant vessel, only to find that the Book they seek is missing, again. This book is filled with the true names of wizards, and was intercepted on its way to the Jeweled Cities. The Empress of the Jeweled Cities wants it back (or else destroyed), and sends her best captain to find it... and punish the rebels who intercepted it.
