In a world filled with mysterious lands and unknown phenomena, mankind have finally mastered their use of magic after years of struggle and research. Enter Zico, a homebody mage, is finally entering the last semester of his studies. While most of his peers are keen to explore the wider Frontier, Zico instead finds comfort within the walls of the Academy. Unfortunately, life has other plans for Zico, as a series of events causes him to be chosen for a special internship outside of the familiar confines of the Academy.  This is when Zico's life goes awry. He soon realises that the comfort he takes for granted comes at a terrible price, a price he is not sure if he is willing to pay. 2 to 3 weekly updates.
