The story follows a young man named Eli who has always believed hunters to be civil, upstanding men who travel the land hunting monsters and protecting those around them. With no knowledge of what he is getting into, but being well versed in the history of their land he ventures out to follow the path that his father carved for him. An innocent boy steps into challenges that become quite difficult mentally and phsyically, with aspects of magic and militaristic lifestyle.
