Drake is the prodigal son of Lord David the Mighty, Curew's only living legend and general of its armies. Taught from the moment he could hold a wooden practice sword, Drake has been trained in the art of war and leadership. When he was introduced to Rhey, an absolute terror who could find mischief in an empty room, he was told that no harm would befall her, or else. His life is turned upside down by her antics and no amount of frustration, cajoling, or bribery will convince her to behave.
