For four-thousand, three-hundred and twenty two years, the city of New Peridios existed alone in the world. Then, after a bright flash of light, the truth is revealed. What was once thought to be a flooded, lost land, reappears suddenly, with no-one knowing how or why. Thousands of settlers rush to these new lands, experiencing the dangers that lie within, exploring the ruins of a long lost age, and unravelling the mysteries that have been left behind. The Last Lands is a sprawling, ongoing epic tale in a slowly unfurling world, through the lenses of different and winding viewpoints and perspectives who criss-cross in-between one another's tales. This is a rough first draft, so I am working on editing and changing as I go through, so expect some grammatical/spelling errors, but I will get to all of them when I can. I'd love to hear any critiques you might have but I'm not really interested in grammar or spelling errors at this time, but if you have any suggestions about pacing, characters, dialogue etc I'm very happy to hear them!
