An old man lays on a bed telling his last story to the family gathered around him, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and so on. A great grandchild partly raised by the man listens in as the old man's life winds down. He is there to say his goodbyes, and to hear the last words his great granddad has to say to him.
