Celeste Lowtree is the youngest daughter of the Nekojin King Cenziss of Estreaver. Her mother, Saflynthi Lowtree, is an elf, making her and her sister Nekojin Half-Elves. She spends most of her time either at home with her father to learn, or out in the town with her best friend, Merfalen Elakian, a Nekojin boy. They grew up together in the city of Mapleward, the capital of Estreaver.
