Rule number 1 : The island can only be accessed once a year, when the deathly blizzard that surrounds it retracts itself to form a gate. Rule number 2 : The island only lets in one hundred people every year. Once this number is reached, the gate will close.  Rule number 3 : To enter the island, you have to be trained by Heavens Corp. To be trained by Heavens Corp, you have to pass the selection.
