When Sion, a young boy in a small rural village, was set to receive his Class, the divine gift bestowed on all people, he received nothing. Or so everyone believed. Sion alone could see the name of his class: "Inheritor." Five years later, Sion still has not come to understand his power. He makes up his mind to go out into the world and study, returning to his village one day to make it prosper. Along the way, he encounters a pair of travelers under attack, and cannot leave them to fend for themselves. In return for his bravery, Sion is whisked away from his home country and brought to an academy for the elite of the elite. In this new environment, Sion, alongside the friends he meets, begin to unravel the mystery of being the "Inheritor," and they discover the inheritance meant for him to claim.
