House flippers can make a killing. Everyone was content to let the old, abandoned mansion rot upon the hill.   Then Donald Farmer ruined everything. Blinded by greed and ambition, Donald bought the Old House to turn a hefty profit by pulling every fixer-upper parlor trick he had up his sleeve... But this ravenous money pit might be more than even he can handle.   The dead possum in the attic was bad enough, but things take a hideous turn when he opens the sealed and blood-stained room in the basement. As the bodies begin piling up, the ghosts lurk ever closer, and the voice of the Old House thunders in every hallway, Donald must do everything he can just to keep his own humanity patched together. Or, perhaps, find it for the first time.  Dive headlong into the dusty, decaying halls of madness in this pitch-black horror comedy, a chaotic blend of "Little Shop of Horrors," "Monster House," and "Faust."
