As I’m sure you guessed, this story is set in an anthro setting and explores a master/slave relationship formed between Ashling and the girl he buys as his bodyguard. The idea was to have an erotic power fantasy with a light, playful tone while still taking the setting seriously. The majority of the book is a fantasy story, with a major romantic subplot by characters still figuring out what they want from life and each other. The erotic elements play a more minor role in their relationship, though there are a few explicit scenes.
