There is a continent called Arches. In it is the Empire of Ba Unduel (Undul, Agor, North Haflinor, South Haflinor, and Frarius) and the nation of Wulfa. The Dead have overrun Agor and have waged war on Ba Unduel and Wulfa. Laktuk, a suspiciously powerful orphan, Violetta, Queen of North Haflinor, Murgh, King of Frarius, and Galvyn, a boy with a vast potential, must stop Axes, Lord of the Dead, at all costs.
