This story is complete and will update frequently.  In the wake of the Sharlah invasion of Earth, a desperate plan to keep humanity alive was launched with the help of a mysterious alien race. A new colony was seeded in the Andromeda galaxy on a world called Dottir, or Daughter. Thought to be safe, this world too is about to face the Sharlah, a carnivorous race of warriors who seek glory and galactic dominance. As the remnants of the planetary defenses fall back to the surface, all hope is lost except for the spark of the resistance fighters struggling to survive against the odds.  Somewhere between Dottir and the ocean world of Aegir, a crew of two rookie space truckers and their captain Ash Miller learn of Dottir's fate and must rally the previously uncontacted species of the Andromeda galaxy to aid in it's rescue.  Will Ash and his crew find help in time or will Dottir become just another farm for the vicious Sharlah as they work to create a fresh start for their species in a galaxy with no rules.
