All Yahya wanted was to see his father’s grave and show him his spaceship model that he had spent weeks perfecting to look like the one he has seen in the picture hidden inside his mother’s desk drawer, like the one his father had piloted while he was a proud pilot of the empire. But things rarely went his way. Not long after he and his best friend Jomaire, a Lieki with the powers to control minds, set foot outside the planet, they were stuck with helping a member of the rebellion break out one of his teammates. And to make matters worse, he seems to be the only one that could activate the mysterious device that both the empire and the rebellion are after.
