The Government’s new batch of intelligence agents has just graduated, allowing Marcus to begin his journey to became a special agent and eventually, he hopes, really wealthy. As an agent, he needs to canvass towns for their loyalty to the government, report any rebellious actions, such as worshiping anyone other than the Balanced Four gods, and of course, to stay undercover. Maybe he’ll even get lucky and find some information about the Rebels that object to the Government’s laws and regulations, then he’s sure that he’ll receive a whole bunch of accolades.   Meanwhile, the Rebels are currently gathering together in Wutoria, their hidden city. Spring is ending soon, so it’s time to relax and catch up with the others for news. Fonzeth, in particular, is hoping that he’ll have time, while they are docked, to work on becoming his element in order to have instantaneous travel through the earth. The ogre loves working on the airship, but it does make it harder to figure out more of his elemental powers. However, he’s not sure there will be enough time before the meeting considering his ship is the last to dock. Will Marcus find information about the Rebels in his travels? Will he get the achievements and wealth he desires or is he out of luck as he’s still just a greenhorn agent?
