Mythology and short stories written in the universe of The Ghoultide. This collection represents background material, material I used to flesh out my understanding of the world, and stories I simply wanted to tell. Not all of these stories take place in the same geographical location of the Ghoultide, and may not even mention it. The Ghoultide itself is a crack in reality, a leak created by an ancient Necromancer's ritual gone wrong. It is a sea of whirling death, souls and carcasses carried along by the same forces. It is a corruption of the River of the Dead. In the main continuity, the story tells the tale of those whose purpose is to guard the rest of the world from this disaster. The first tale in this collection tells the story of the River of the Dead's creation.
