Synopsis
The story follows a reluctant protagonist who wields powerful but unconventional magic, cloaking himself in a legendary blanket that grants comfort as well as an arsenal of defensive and supportive abilities. Far from the typical hero, he prefers to float through life—literally, wrapped up in his blanket—while others clamor for his support in their quests and battles. Despite his natural laziness and knack for evading responsibility, he’s dragged into adventures by two S-ranked hunters: Kael, a charismatic thunder mage with an insatiable thirst for glory, and Alaric, a practical fire-wielding swordsman who endures endless teasing about his appearance and personality.
The protagonist’s blanket, a custom-made legendary item that absorbs attacks and recreates their effects, keeps him safe and perpetually in comfort, allowing him to float around untouched through dungeons. But as his companions start to realize just how much power he passively exerts over their skills and ranks, their envy grows, tempered only by the knowledge that they need his abilities more than they care to admit. Together, they navigate deadly dungeons, face rival hunters, and encounter strange and powerful beings, all while the protagonist reluctantly rises to the challenges—when he’s not sleeping through them.
At its core, this story is a blend of humor, adventure, and fantasy, exploring the question of what it means to be powerful, whether through might, manipulation, or simply mastering the art of laziness.
