Synopsis

Who is T.H.E. E.V.I.L.E.S.T. M.A.N. A.L.I.V.E.? The answer is simple: Arthur, self-proclaimed villain extraordinaire. Arthur styles himself as The Harbinger of Evil, Executor of Villainy, Ingenious Leader of Exploitation, Sinister Tactics, Malevolence, and Nihilism. Absolute Lord of Intimidation, Vengeance, and Evil. It’s a title he totally didn’t spend three sleepless nights brainstorming with his mom. But don’t let the theatrics fool you—Arthur’s villainous career is… complicated. Sure, he lectures grocery store managers for stacking bread improperly, and yes, the mafia, the police, and even the firefighters owe him a few favors. But his “nefarious” schemes often go wildly off-script. Like the time his plan to starve the city ended up becoming a wildly successful neighborhood-wide food drive. Or how his “army of minions” is actually a small army of grateful locals who love him for creating jobs, feeding the homeless, and paying for kids’ college tuition. Arthur doesn’t pay for anything when he enters a store—not because of his menacing aura, but because the entire neighborhood secretly picks up the tab. After all, if their benevolent villain can keep hosting free pizza nights and organizing summer festivals, they’re happy to foot the bill. Despite all his accidental good deeds, Arthur remains determined to prove his worth as the evilest man alive. His ultimate dream? To attend SUPERMEGA V.I.L.L.A.I.N.S. University, the most prestigious school for villainy in the world. But when his application is rejected—because, apparently, he’s too evil to be a student and only qualifies to run for Chairman of Evil (a position that’s already filled)—Arthur’s quest for domination hits a roadblock. Now, Arthur must find a way to prove himself, not just to the world but to the memory of his father, the greatest graduate of SUPERMEGA V.I.L.L.A.I.N.S. University and a legendary villain. Will his chaotic plans for domination finally succeed, or will he be doomed to hand out free breadsticks forever? In a world where villainy is a matter of perspective, Arthur’s misadventures just might make him the greatest villain… or the greatest hero no one asked for.
