Synopsis
Victor, a confident and unapologetically brash man, has always lived life on his own terms, dismissing issues like sexism and misogyny as irrelevant. However, his life takes a drastic turn when one of his ex-girlfriends, fed up with his chauvinistic behavior, turns to a New Orleans mambo for some supernatural help. The next morning, Victor wakes up to find himself transformed into a woman, though his mind remains unchanged.
Now living as "Victoria," he must navigate the world in a female body, facing the very challenges he once dismissed. From unwanted attention to workplace discrimination, Victoria quickly realizes that life as a woman is far more complicated than he ever imagined.
Adding to the chaos, Victoria starts developing unexpected feelings for Chris, a kind-hearted coworker who used to be his friend and occasional partner-in-crime for crude jokes. This newfound attraction forces Victoria to confront his own beliefs about gender, identity, and love.
Victoria's best friend and roommate, Clara, becomes her lifeline in this strange new reality. Witty, outspoken, and always ready to call Victor out on his behavior, Clara guides Victoria through the complexities of womanhood—from fashion tips to understanding feminism—while also challenging her to grow as a person.
As Victoria struggles to reconcile her new identity with her old self, she embarks on a hilarious and heartfelt journey of self-discovery, learning valuable lessons about empathy, love, and what it truly means to walk in someone else’s shoes.
