In the mist of a civil war A young man does his best to tip the scales for what is right. Not by joining the war band but by arming the slaves so that they can over throw their oppressors. Doing so will heavily handy cap the "Freemen" a rebel group bent on allowing slavery to be legal and as such a truly "free" space can exist.  (This is a story that I've started a long time ago but due to low motivation I haven't touched it in a while. I've decided that if its gonna collect digital dust on my computer. That it might as well be here for all to see. Expect a fair bit of grammatical errors. But from the few people who've read it's an interesting story at least.)
