The Earth was old. It has seen things many of the current inhabitants couldn’t even dream about. And once again, a drastic change was about to wash over and drastically change the planet. With the creation of the universe 13.8 billion years ago, sparks of mana began to slowly accumulate throughout the universe. Like drops in a cup, it wasn't until recently that the amount of sparks throughout the universe reached the threshold. Suddenly, that threshold was broken, and then came along the System. A multi-universal, somewhat sentient but hands off controlling system that brought change and stability, chaos and order, death and life to whatever universe and planet reached through the threshold of mana sparks.  Follow Nellie, a young adult, who was one of the few lucky, or unlucky depending on your views, souls that were taken by the System to become a dungeon core.
