Elphen never knew why he was in the forest, but he knew that it was probably for the best, he needed to stay away from other humans lest his mental affliction activates.  He knew he should wonder about the world, but he didn't, he liked being away from civilization even if he sometimes wondered how it would be like to talk to another human face to face.  But his little bubble of somewhat comfort was broken due to some trespassers in the forest, changing his life forever What you should expect Magical world with some references to mythology (im a myth nerd) An Intricate magic system  No harem or whatever, this is a book for reading not anything else meh romance, Its possible but not likely A lot of inner conflict and an interesting mc What you would call edgy content where the mc is pretty depressed, but I try to invoke emotion as much as possible to prove some points.
