Synopsis
Jake is a young fugitive who is content in his life. He has a job that is difficult, but he doesn't mind, he finds it rather exciting and it keeps him entertained. He has a few good friends and they all live in a peaceful neighborhood.
All of those taken away from him when was removed from earth and transported in another realm. A realm overflowing with magical elements inside what he assumed is a RPG. The amount of fantastic things is only equal to the amount of breathtaking views, heavenly food, otherworldly creatures and items and of course, beautiful women.
It was totally fine by him, trapped in another world. A reality that operates similar to the multitudes of games he hacked and played and broken. He always dreamed of ruling his very own magical realm as a kid, and now his long forgotten hopes and ambitions are awakened once more. Until he finds out about the curse that comes along the class he obtained.
The currency he receives turn into useless dark crystals, tokens and stones. He is unable to gain XP like normal players, leveling up was almost impossible. Players wouldn't accept him in a party and guild because of his affinity to the dark arts. And no re-spawns. So much for being the last Necromancer.
With nothing to do and nowhere to go to in a beginner level town, he is forced to embark on a journey, arriving to dangerous areas too intense for his power level in an attempt to find his place in the realm. Travelling from town to town not knowing that he awakened an ancient power upon his arrival to the new world, a power that longs for its revenge.
All of these while he attempts to build up his power somehow through morally ambiguous methods.
Will he be able to own his own kingdom? Would he one day obtain the power to rival gods? Would he try to find a way home eventually? Can he still survive to see tomorrow?
Will this world mutate him into a worse scoundrel than he already was? Would he perhaps find it in himself to be a true hero? Or just be none of the two?
