An ancient evil stirs.   The mysterious Saranti Seven have stood against the darkness for hundreds of years.  But they have hidden themselves, and are now forgotten by the world. They might now be unable to stop it. An Inquisitor will try to unveil this evil and then scourge it from Driax. But will she be able to stop burning things long enough to get to the real truth? Three High-Priests work both together and against each other in an attempt to bring about the return of their long dead God.  After all, there can only be one Lord High Priest. A young apprentice will be thrust into a conflict he knows little about, but perhaps has been unknowingly prepared for his entire life.  In tow are his childhood companions.  Is it mere chance they are they being dragged along, or did fate intend for them to be here? And what does the Crown of the First King have to do with an ancient dead Red Dragon?
