However, Jacob shows some potential and is quickly put in Delta Squad, a group of other misfits within the organization.  Their first true mission is simple, but the dangers are many, and most are on the long way to the town of Silver Mesa. However, the true danger is in the town itself. The inhabitants have plans beyond simply keeping their territory clear of ‘intruders.’ Delta Squad is set in an alternate universe where magic and the supernatural intersect with government bureaucracy and law enforcement.
