When a group of adventurers stumbles upon a dusty, ancient magical box beneath the ruins of The City of Cities, they aren’t expecting much—maybe some treasure, a cursed amulet, or another dungeon to crawl through. What they get instead is Krungus, a paranoid, disheveled wizard who’s been trapped for nine thousand years. He’s got a staff that’s really just a stick, robes that smell like depression, and a lot of unresolved issues. Oh, and a burning grudge against the guy who locked him in the box in the first place. Join Krungus, the guy he accidentally summons out of a Blockbuster, and a bunch of morally questionable wizards on their adventures to save the City.
