In an ocean world where the very ground rises and falls like the waves, unlikely heroes may seize the spotlight.  Enter Caspar, the entitled son of a noble, born unable to use magic. Enter, too, Arkadia, born amidst rust and trash, but immensely gifted in formal magic. Add a dash of trans-dimensional wizard colonialism, a splash of swordfighting, and serve with a tasteful garnish of Piracy.
