The world has undergone a great change, with magic now being a part of everyday life. Some adapt well, while others struggle with the new realities. Maila, a young woman with rare abilities, works in her Healer Shop, where she sells goods and performs small tasks for customers. One day, a detective shows up with a gruesome case, which she accepts.  The story explores the theme that nothing in the world is free.
