Mark Campbell wasn't anything special but when a blue screen suddenly appeared telling him was a Beta Tester for a game for the gods everything changed. He has a year head start of most other humans on Earth but that doesn't mean he'll have an easy time surving. Join Mark as he fights alongside his classmate and fellow Beta Tester Evie to level up and gain skills to become strong enough to survive this new world they have been thrust into. I guess you can call this a Pre or Pending apocalypse LitRPG. The idea is that the first book will take place during the Beta Test and then the second will be after the year is up. Idealy I'd like to eventually make some money off of this but I am a rookie author and don't know how or when I'll be able to write. This is a test of sorts to see if I enjoy writing. If anyone likes this first chapter any feed back would be much appreciated.
