Found in the ruins of the Governmental Control Center on Terra, alongside a deactivated Web (Model .88.029.75, Deep Infiltration, AI Index 98+). Said Web was buried beneath rubble, a makeshift crucifix mounted above the Web.   No evidence of another person was found.
