A death row inmate waits for the gallows. A disgraced warrior flees accusations of treason. A paladin falls from grace. A battered woman rises from the dead to seek vengeance. All exist on the fringes of society - scorned by a world where a powerful and ancient church rules the Blessed Lands with vicious purpose. Each are destined to die, declared apostates by the clergy and the zealous masses alike.  Will these outcasts kneel before the might of the Aerie, or will they rise against those that wish to enslave them? Many before them have tried; all have left the world as martyrs, failed revolutionaries. They and everyone else know one thing to be true: that one day the Aerie is destined to fall.
