Charlotte Benoit, a professional Witch, arrived in Beacon Hills at Laura Hale's request, but no amount of magic could have prepared her for what she found on the spot. It becomes apparent very quickly that what started out as a quick, easy mission to help her friend turns out to be a swamp from which it's not so easy to get out. The witch will be forced to make difficult choices, fight not only her enemies but also herself, and save the lives of the disobedient, crazy teenagers she feels responsible for at every turn. This story is fan fiction, so I do not claim any rights to the plot or characters in it, apart from Charlotte, who is my own personal creation. I've used a transcript of the original series script for many scenes, and changed some scenes to fit my vision - I'll indicate in the comments which scenes I've changed, and fans will easily see which plots are entirely my own, so I'll leave that out. Each chapter corresponds to another episode of the series, so, they will be long, which I hope won't discourage you.
