Thomas was thinking what had happened.

FLASHBACK

Thomas was a previous navy seal, he and his squad had been deployed in Afghanistan for two years when it happened. Thomas and his team had just finished an operation killing one of the top three isis leaders, and were climbing into a Blackhawk and everyone but Thomas had climbed in when an RPG hit the other side of the Blackhawk, Thomas was knocked out by the blast before the shrapnel from the blast shredding his legs and right arm.

FLASHFORWARD 50 YEARS

As Thomas awoke he was confused by his surroundings as he looked around, he could see everything but yet he couldn't. Suddenly he had this weird feeling in his head, it was a cool flowing feeling and suddenly he could hear someone talking.  "Hello, can you hear me."

Thomas tried to talk but couldn't, but then he felt another cold flowing sensation and suddenly he was able speak and his vision slowly came into focus, and again he heard the voice, which he now saw was an old man wearing a white lab coat.

"Sorry about that, I forgot to reset the voice synthesizer. The man said."

"Thomas then asked, what's going on, and who are you."

"My name is Johnathan York and as of right now you are in Lunar Hub 6 of Alpha Colony. The old man now known Johnathan York said.

"Why am I on the moon, how long has it been, and why am I so damn calm. Asked Thomas”

The old man sighed and said, “The answer to your first question is because Earth has been destroyed by a nuclear war, and you are here because you had the correct genetic makeup to help our cloning program. Your second question is a little bit harder to answer; do you remember the rumor that DARPA used soldiers for testing?"

"Yes Thomas said hesitantly"

"Well those rumors are some-what true, DARPA cloned soldiers to use for testing the only problem is that the person you are cloning has to die to be able to clone them. Ano-"

"Thomas cut him off. So if I’m not dead how did they clone me?"

"I was just about to get to that, the other option is for the person to be cloned is given nanobots that infiltrate your cells and copy your body completely, which is the procedure that was used on you. There are some side-effects but right now we'll run over a few basic things now, the first thing I need to tell you is that your body is now made of nanobots th-"

"Again Thomas interrupted him saying. What do you mean that my body is made of nanobots? That’s im-"

"Impossible I know, and if you had let me finish I would have explained. But how do you think you’re alive 50 years after the explosion."

Shocked beyond belief, Thomas asked quietly. "So has it really been 50 years.”

"It has. Said Johnathan."

"Then Thomas asked. Why now of all times would you wake me up?"

Johnathan sighed and said. "We're running out of time, the base is starting to fall apart and we can't grow enough food."

"And how does waking me help?" asked Thomas.

"Well we thought using the nanites in your body you could build another station or a ship we can live in. For doing this we'll give you a copy of every file on the base. and let you leave."

"Deal said Thomas"

"Now lets start the file transfer said Johnathan"

Again Thomas felt the cool flowing sensation but then it went from a flow to a torrent then it stoped and Thomas saw somthing new infront of his eyes.

LOADING..........

"What the hell is this" Thomas screamed, and jumped realizing he could move for the first time.
